• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event start time are eligible for a full refund

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event start time are non-refundable

• If an event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

• Events may be modified or cancelled due to weather, facility conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances

■ Platform Role & Responsibility (Important)

MATCH Tokyo operates a platform that enables users to discover, book, and pay for sports events.

Some events are organised directly by MATCH Tokyo, while others are organised and managed by independent third-party hosts (“Organisers”).

For events hosted by third-party Organisers:

• MATCH Tokyo acts as a platform provider

• The Organisers are the sellers of the event and are responsible for delivering the service

• MATCH Tokyo may deduct a platform fee from payments to the organisers

The organiser of each event is clearly identified on the event pages.
